Recipient: Sandra Frances. Don’t put your email or phone number in a public payment note. For Zelle, scan the code below in your participating bank’s app.
Both steps are required. Submitting the form alone does not confirm a paid entry. Sandra at BarkSuds will reconcile each payment and manually add one ticket to the drawing for every paid entry.

Raffle prize terms & conditions
Key conditions from the travel voucher provider’s terms of use:
Activation and travel deadlines: Activate online within 30 days of receiving the incentive by prepaying the destination’s hotel taxes and fees. Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation. The incentive’s expiration date applies to redemption or activation, not the travel date.
Costs not included: The hotel room rate is covered. Activation and redemption include recovery fees, local government taxes, and tourism fees, which vary by destination. The recipient pays airfare, transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, applicable resort fees, and other personal or miscellaneous expenses. Applicable resort fees are disclosed when choosing a hotel and travel dates.
Guests and check-in: One room for up to two adults; at least one occupant must be over 21. Some properties may permit up to two additional children up to age 12, depending on room type and bed configuration; adding children may reduce hotel choices. The main reservation holder needs a major credit card or bank debit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo, plus valid government-issued ID, at check-in.
Reservations and availability: Book at least 30 days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and are unavailable during major holidays or resort special events. Sunday through Thursday check-ins are recommended for the most availability; weekends and some peak dates may carry a surcharge. Hotel substitutions of equal or similar value may be offered with the incentive holder’s approval. Room type and bed configuration depend on availability at check-in unless an upgrade was selected and paid for.
Final activation; no changes: Activation is final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. Confirmed travel dates cannot be changed. Cancellations after confirmation and no-shows result in forfeiture of fees paid.
Eligibility and use limits: The recipient must live at least 100 miles (160 kilometers) away from the chosen resort, or select another available destination. Group travel is not allowed. Only one incentive per household and resort/hotel is permitted; only one party among family, friends, acquaintances, or known groups may use the complimentary incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates. Other group travel incurs additional costs. The incentive cannot be combined with another hotel stay or promotional vacation offer.
Other restrictions: The incentive is void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. It has no cash surrender value and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law. Terms are subject to change without notice. The provider instructs recipients not to rely on representations beyond the printed incentive. Additional repeat-redemption limits appear in the original terms below.
No timeshare presentation required. Activate and search participating hotels and dates through Redeem Vacations.
The supplied image has an overlay obscuring part of the repeat-redemption clause. Confirm that clause with the provider before redeeming.
